For each transaction, a booking number and an invoice number are generated by Klarna. If a created order is not yet activated, you will find the booking number in MultiSafepay Control under klarna`s specific order and in the transaction details. This information can be used by merchants if they get in touch with Klarna at this stage of the process. To offer Klarna as a payment method to your customers, it is first necessary to find an agreement with Klarna.com full details and information in your De Klarna agreement. If you signed your agreement online under klarna.com, simply log in to the reseller portal and go to the products app. At the end of the page you will find a confirmation copy of Klarna`s General Terms and Conditions, which in this case is your consent. If you want to update your agreement to a new version like PrestaShop or WooCommerce, you just need to fill out the upgrade request form on our website. If you do not pay an amount that you owe under the credit agreement until the due date, Klarna Bank AB may charge you interest on this amount, you can also charge additional fees – for more details, see the credit agreement.

If you choose to pay later, Klarna will check your credit score. We may search for limited credit with you through a credit information service. This research has no influence on your creditworthiness or your chances of getting a loan in the future. Klarna processes your personal data in order to fulfil our obligations under this Agreement and for the additional purposes mentioned in our Privacy Statement. The Privacy Policy is available here and on our website, and by using Klarna`s services, you confirm that you have read this statement. The Klarna agreement is available in English, Swedish, German and Finnish. In accordance with section 66A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, you have the right to terminate the contract before the expiry of 14 days without justification (from the day following that of the date of signature of the contract or, if later, from the date on which we inform you that we have signed the contract). If you wish to resign, you must inform Klarna Bank AB in writing, by telephone or by e-mail.
