Property loses the control key —In order to preserve the integrity of the security system, a new control key must be replaced for all tax locks. The hotel has the right to refuse the accommodation request if: (1) the request does not comply with the general terms of sale; (2) The hotel is full and no room is available; (3) The hotel reasonably notes that the applicant is likely to violate the laws or social norms regarding his accommodation; (4) the applicant clearly has an infectious disease; (5) the applicant commits any act of violence or demands anything that would induce the hotel to bear an undue burden in relation to its accommodation; (6) the hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, facilities malfunctions or other causes of force majeure; (7) The hotel reasonably notes that the applicant is likely to harm or harm other guests, including the case in which he is intoxicated, as stated in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Regulations; or (8) The hotel reasonably determines that the applicant is a member or member of an organized crime group or other antisocial group. The hotel may terminate the accommodation contract if: (1) the guest has committed an act contrary to the laws or social norms regarding his accommodation, or the hotel can reasonably find that the guest is likely to commit such acts; (2) the client clearly has an infectious disease; (3) the guest demands anything that would induce the hotel to bear an undue burden in relation to its accommodation; (4) the hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural disasters or other causes of force majeure; (5) The hotel reasonably finds that the guest is harming or may harm other guests, including the case in which he is drunk, as stated in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Regulations.
